How we rated the Amazfit Helio Ring

Heart rate and HRV are genuinely good for the category, but sleep staging is soft and this ring was never an independent validation standout the way Oura is.

For a passive wellness ring it covers the expected set and adds a real EDA stress sensor that most sibling rings lack. No ECG or GPS, which is normal for the category.
